Steel and glass balconies are provided to all the flats to the street elevations, adding articulation and providing a semi-private space to the residents. The proposed buildings finish in a buff brick, with vertical panels of ’Champagne’ colour render, wood effect cladding boards, grey PVCu windows, interlocking concrete roof tiles and flat roofed vertical bays, tie in with much of the immediate and wider area.
