Inspire were appointed by our client Tesco Stores to undertake the Concept Design, Planning Design and Technical Design for a food store extension of circa 10,000 sqft with 185 retail parking spaces, cycle parking and trolley bays. The scheme represented an opportunity to regenerate this underused site to improve the retail offer to the residents of Pembury
