Inspire were commissioned by McCarthy Stone to prepare a Concept Design, Planning and Technical Design for a retirement living scheme, consisting of 47 one and two bedroomed apartments, on a steeply sloping site amongst significant mature trees in the Welsh Town of Sketty, Swansea.
